My stay at the hotel was fabulous overall. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, though the only drawback was the air conditioning. The service, especially from Sheila our shuttle driver, was quite friendly and obliging. The location was perfect for my needs in Jacksonville, despite the minor inconvenience of limited dining options within walking distance. The breakfast was a highlight with a great variety of choices. The facilities were satisfactory, with a minor disruption due to ongoing renovations.
